“BRMC are an awesome live band. For this session, since we were planning not to have an audience, I wanted to get them performing in circle, all facing each other, so I could track around them outside amps and gear, and capture the interplay between bandmembers which I thought would be interesting.

“Visually, I tried to be as cinematic as possible, but also I decided to intercut the anamorphic look with the 4:3 video look of the contents we postproduced and fed live into the screens on set.”
