I'd been looking forward to this show for eons and i wasn't in the slightest bit dissapointed. The support acts were pretty good, especially Sara Beth who i really enjoyed. Nine Black Alps were alright. I enjoyed their more Nirvana-ish songs as they're other stuff seemed a bit middle of the roadish to me.
It was kind of a long wait for the B.R.M.C (30-40 mins), but once they arrived on stage, my heart was in my throat. The setlist was pretty good with a lot of the new songs sounding really raw and fresh live, especially 666 Conducer which was really awesome.
Old Favourites Six Barrell Shotgun, Red Eyes and Tears and Punk Song were astounding also, and some of the extended psychadelic jams the band went off into were great (Robert pulled a mad solo on American X).
Anyway it was an amazing gig and i really really enjoyed it. Cant wait for the next time they visit my town!
Quote of the evening? as Peter comes out with an acoustic guitar after Robert played a Leonard Cohen song, a fan who has enjoyed his liquor perhaps a little too much shots "PLAY WONDERWALL!!" classic.

i'm still damn tired from being on the road myself :)
i don't feel like writing a detailed review. so i will keep it short. just want so say that this was a FANTASTIC gig!!! they even played "Head up High"...i was so shocked (positively) when they announced that one. this is my most fave song of the guys and in all those years i've never ever heard them playing it at one of their gigs. well, not the ones, i went to. this song just reall touches my heart, so brmc made me cry a bit for the first time at their gigs!! i was just soooo happy, i couldn't hold back the tears :)

I simlpy love this band!!
