Tonight venue was also small and packed.
I was being squashed all through the gig, got some bruises...ha never mind.
They changed the order of the setlist, started Peter's solo 'Complicated Situation' and next 'Devil's Waitin''.
The three on the stage "Shuffle Your Feet", the band and the crowd were clapping their hands together, getting in a good mood.
The crowd was louder than last night in Osaka and they seemed to relax with playing.
After playing "Howl" Robert said great to see us again and thanked for waiting a long long time...touched.
Robert got a time to solo in the middle of the set. He wanted to see the crowd close so he came in the middle at the front of the stage, sat down on the amp/speaker.
He wanted to say something in Japanese but couldn't remember the words and then started to sing quietly 'Visions Of Johanna'. That's amazing.
('Mercy'was on the setlist but he didn't play it.)
After 'American X' they didn't go off the stage. Peter tuned the guitar himself quickly for the next 'Took Out A Loan'.
They continued to play the songs which they did the encore last night and finished 'Punk Song'...feeling high.
There's no encore from the setlist. The lights and the music (The Black Angels) were turned on but the crowd was shouting "One More!", never stop clapping hands...
After a while, Peter came back on the stage with the acoustic guitar...everyone was jumping and shouting!
He gave us 'Fault Line'. I thought he's going to finish just one song but he started another song...'Long Black Veil'.
The quiet country ballad made us calm...'Good Night. Sweet Dreams'...he went off the stage.
The small gift from him made us the very special night.
